The Edith Lowe Conference Room is available to any community group subject to the following rules and regulations:
- Meetings must be scheduled in advance with the library staff. No group may schedule meetings for more than one use per month. (The library staff may make exceptions.)
- A representative of the organization must sign the Meeting Room Use form and pick up a key prior to the meeting. The key must be returned in the bookdrop following the meeting.
- No group may charge admissions to meeting or workshops. Exceptions may be made for fees to cover costs of materials, but must be indicated on the use agreement form.
- Chairs are to be stacked against the wall after the meeting.
- There is a $10.00 charge for use of the room. This amount is payable when the key picked up.
- Smoking is prohibited in any part of the building at all times.
- Attendance at meetings is limited to 75 (Safety Regulations)
- Use of tape, nails, or thumbtacks on walls is prohibited.
- Sale of goods or merchandise is prohibited except for library benefit.
- All reservations are subject to cancellation if the library requires use of the meeting room. In such cases, the library will notify the applicant as soon as possible.

- Thermostat
- Lights (in entrance, restrooms, kitchen, and meeting room)
- Bathrooms (for people!!!)
- Locked door
